Architectural Services

As an architectural consultant, I provide a professional architectural design and building consultancy service for the Home Counties. I will design your project with particular emphasis on the architectural aspect, prepare design and working drawings, apply to the local authority for the necessary approvals and furnish you with working drawings for site construction.

I will personally deal with all aspects of your work from the time of your initial enquiry, through to the final completion of your project. This includes my availability throughout your project to assist you with any matter that may arise. Loftspace Designs was formulated in 1991 to run parallel with Architectural Designs and to provide a specialist design service for loft conversions.

Within my organisation I have the services of my structural engineer, Mr Brain Masters, BSc., MSc., C.Eng., MICE, who will undertake any structural design and calculations that may be required for your project.

Initial Free Consultation

I will visit your project address for a full consultation whereby your requirements will be discussed. Advice will be given on all aspects of the project including planning permission, regulations, requirements and design. I can also supply you with an anticipated timescale and fee structure for your consideration.

Builders

Over the years I have been fortunate to work with many good builders, and have therefore built up a database of builders that I am able to recommend for any particular project. However I am not associated with any builder.

Building Regulations

I am a Local Authority Partner for Building Control in respect of building regulations. This enables me to obtain your building regulation approval efficiently with conformity between all local authorities.

Area Covered

I am based in Ewell, Surrey but cover the surrounding South London area including:
Kingston, Richmond, Epsom, Sutton, Wandsworth, Putney and Elmbridge. I am also available for work outside this area.
